Once you find a item you like, click on the name or picture to enlarge and then click on “add to basket”. At anytime you can review the content of your cart by clicking on “Checkout” at the top right of your screen. There, you can remove or change the quantity of products.
Once you are ready to complete your order, click on the “Checkout” button at the top right of your screen. Follow the instructions. Enter all the required information. Be sure to enter the correct billing address with the billing phone number. Please after entering your credit card information, only click once on the continue button. If you encounter any problems, please call one of our sales representative
Once your order is complete, a message will display on the screen: “Thank you for placing your order” with your order number. Please keep this information for your record. At the same time you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 15 minutes, do not place your order a second time; call one of sales representative who will assist you further.
After we ship your products you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
We charge sales tax on products and shipping for items being shipped to FL and NY.
Panier Des Sens accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order. If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information online, we will be pleased to accept your order by phone.
We also accept Google Checkout. This is a fast and safe way yo keep track of all your orders in one place.

| SHIPPING & RETURNS |
All orders from Panier des Sens.com are processed between 8am and 4pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will usually be shipped within 48 hours.
Our items are shipped via Fedex and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information after the product has left our warehouse. Fedex does not deliver on Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.
A physical address is required for shipping.
All orders $100.00 or more will be shipped "Signature Required".
APO and PO Box orders will be shipped via US Postal Service.
Orders to AK and HI will ship US Postal Service Priority Mail, please select 2 Day while checking out. We cannot offer free shipping for these locations.

For customers non-residents of the United States, the total price indicated on your invoice includes the price of product(s), the costs of handling, packaging and transport.

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact a Panier Des Sens Customer Representative by phone within 10 days of receipt.
Products may be returned for a full credit if received within 30 calendar days of delivery on the strict condition that the product has not been removed from its original packaging and that the packaging has not been damaged (unless the product is defective).
If your item is defective, broken during transit or if you are missing some items, you have 10 calendar days to notify Panier Des Sens. Please call 305-597-0091 immediately.
Please call 305-597-0091 to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the simple instructions below:
1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
2. Write the RMA number on your packing slip and include it with your shipment.
3. Ship the merchandise via a carrier of your choice, insured.

You must assume the cost and risks of product returns, unless Panier des Sens failed to deliver the product ordered or if the product delivered is defective. In such a case, Panier des Sens will assume the costs and risks related to transportation, provided that you use a transportation company that guarantees against losses and damages.
The credit for your returned items will be processed within 15 business days. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles to see the refund on your bank statement.
If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of an online store credit. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.

<<The Provence of my childhood was a warm and generous land where the fragrance of flowers and the taste of fruits blended mysteriously with the colours of the day and the rustlings of the night.
I can still remember the bluish light of the early summer morning gently caressing the lavender that carpeted our fields as the family left my grandparents’ house for a long day’s walk on the high plateau.
Then, as the hours went by, the heat of the sun, a relentless vertical vibration weighing down on our steps, forced us to seek the shade of tall trees or the cool bed of a spring to share, with a pleasure I can still taste today, the fresh fruit overflowing with juice that we had brought with us in a large wicker basket.
Finally, after the long rest of the traditionnal siesta, our little group wended its way quietly back trough the fields towards the big house, laughingly following the footsteps of the sun as it made its elegant withdrawal behind the screen of hills to make way for the beauty of the evening.

Minimal preservatives are used in our formulations. Our intent is to utilize only the gentlest and most efficacious ingredients and that is why a great number of natural ingredients are used.
